RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You may request a return if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and original packaging intact

Returns may not be accepted if the product shows signs of use, washing, damage caused by the customer, or missing original tags/packaging.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers
  • Innerwear, accessories, or hygiene-sensitive products
  • Customized or personalized products

3. RETURN PROCESS

To request a return:

  • Contact our support team with your Order ID
  • Share product images or an unboxing video (if product is damaged or incorrect)
  • Once approved, our team will guide you through the return process

4. REFUND PROCESS

After the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit

5. EXCHANGE POLICY

If you received the wrong size, damaged product, or incorrect item, you may be eligible for an exchange based on stock availability.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible
