Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

To request cancellation, please contact our support team immediately with your Order ID.

2. Cancellation by Bushare

Bushare reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or technical errors
  • Incomplete or incorrect customer information
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

If your order is cancelled by us after payment, the full refund will be processed.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved in the following situations:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Order cancelled before dispatch
  • Order lost during transit (after verification)

Refund approval is subject to review and verification by our support team.

4. Refund Processing

Once approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase
  • For Cash on Delivery (if available) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may not be applicable for:

  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling
  • Used, washed, or altered products
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless damaged or incorrect)
